- Design fee: 15–20% of total project value (or charged per m²).

- Typical fit-out programme: 6–24 weeks depending on scope.
- Warranty:
- Workmanship: 12 to 24 months
- Manufacturer warranties: As provided by suppliers
- Material substitutions require written client approval.
- Client-supplied materials are excluded from workmanship warranty.
- Variations requested after design approval are charged separately.
- Prices exclude statutory approvals, taxes, and specialist authority fees unless specifically stated.
- BOQ quantities are estimates and may vary following detailed site measurements.
